LICENSING

 

All of our photos, as well as almost all other professional photos, are copyrighted. Image files we provide are temporarily licensed to the listing agent. This means a realtor can use the photos on MLS or with NTREIS for as long as the home is actively listed. The files can also be used for print/marketing materials until the home is sold or the listing is removed. 

 

Once the listing is removed, all photos should be removed and no longer used. If a realtor wishes to use the photos in a blog or Just Sold guide, they may do so as long as they credit Aces Photography in the publication.

 

If a home is removed and then relisted by the same listing agent within a 24 months span the photos may be reused.
